The purpose of the consultation is to determine if my program fits your needs. During the consultation process we will discuss your wants, needs, goals, exercise history, medical history, availability and rates.

 

Note: Personal training clients may choose to pay either a
$5 DAILY fee at Liberty Gym, or a $25 MONTHLY rate.

 
        Schedule your first training session, which consist of -

  • Posture and movement assessment. This assessment will help me determine whether there are muscle imbalances that need to be addressed.

  • Body fat analysis and/or BMI and tape measurements

  • 3 min Step Test to determine cardio respiratory level. This assessment will help me develop the best cardiorespiratory training for your current level.
