Instructions for Online Payment Processing:

1. Please select the training type from the drop
down menu above.

Note: The above rates include a 3% credit/debit card processing fee.

2. Click the "Add to Cart" button and you will be redirected to the secure payment center. From here you can select the number of training sessions by completing the quantity field and selecting "Update Cart".

3. Select "Continue Shopping" and select additional items if required, otherwise proceed to step 4.

4. Finalize your payment by selecting "Proceed to Checkout" and pay with a credit card or sign in to your PayPal account.
